The School of Accounting, originally founded in 1938, is one of the pioneer accounting schools in China. Professor Xie Lin, China’s first CPA and prominent accounting expert, was the founder and director of the School of Accounting. 

The School is widely acclaimed for its outstanding accomplishments in talents cultivation, strict process of assurance of learning system and well-established curricula management process.

The School is one of the largest, most comprehensive schools in SWUFE, with 101 faculty members. Dedicated to academic research innovation, the School has yielded a series of high-standard academic publications and academic research achievements

SWUFE has repeatedly broken the domestic enrollment score records, being one of the top ten most demanding Project 211 universities in terms of this benchmark.

The School of Accounting has achieved impressive results in cultivating pragmatic and interdisciplinary international talents and in recruiting faculty with overseas experience.
